Speaker Bio

As President of BottomLine (www.wearebottomline.com), Lisa Genovese supports Challenger Brands (Underdogs who are quietly stealing work away from the fortune 500s and are taking on the world) to evolve their business, creating more impact on the world around them. For Lisa, advancing a business requires more than a surface-level strategy. This is why Lisa and her team hyper-focus on their unique Impact Assessment process to uncover key insights, and help clients see what others may not. BottomLine’s global team helps clients implement kick-ass strategies centred on strong market research insights that consistently improve conversion rates, increase sales, and profit margins.

Having worked in global markets across a variety of sectors ranging from small business to large multinational brands, some of Lisa’s favourite Challenger clients include Whipcord, Verge, Canada Pipeline Accessories, 3D-P, PilotsFriend (as seen on Dragons Den), Home Depot and Axia Fibernet.

Continually diving deeper into the science behind Challenger Brands, Lisa uses her CDMP (Certified Digital Marketing Professional) in digital marketing and status as a Google Partner to design deeper strategies for real brand impact. When not working with Challenger Brands, she can be found travelling, skiing, hiking or enjoying the great outdoors with her husband Corey and their furchild Mickey.

"Lisa is such an engaging and interesting speaker. She was our keynote for Women In Leadership Foundation’s Women in Tech week and we just adored her. Our feedback survey showed almost all 9’s and 10’s for her presentation- our conference attendees learned a lot and laughed while they did. Thank you so much for your contribution to our community!" - NIKEETTA MARSHAL | Women in Leadership Foundation

"Lisa’s workshops are always packed with amazing content and delivered with an immense amount of passion and positivity. Attendees always comment that they leave her workshops with a completely new lens to look at their business through. Lisa’s willingness to give back to Alberta’s entrepreneurs has made such an immense impact, and we are lucky to have her as apart of our community."  - SHANNON HOLDER | ATB Financial Entrepreneurship Center
